Kisumu gated estate project targets low income earners, Wycliffe Abok
Middle-and low-income earners in Kisumu have a chance to own property under a housing project to be launched on Friday.
The project managed by local property developer Kisumu Real Estate offers prospective buyers the opportunity to acquire plots and build houses in a planned gated community 10km from the city centre.
Plots measuring 0.02 ha on the 60-acre Milimani West are going for between Sh65,000 and Sh250,000. They come with ready titles.
