Kisumu county governor Jack Ranguma said he intends to allocate all county cabinet positions equally. Ranguma said he will consider all the seven constituencies while appointing the county executive members.
He said his approach will uphold fairness in all appointments and resource distribution. Addressing a religious leaders meeting organised to strategise on peace cohesion and development the governor said special groups including the disabled persons and the youth will be considered.
The appointments will take place early next week..........
